Courses, assessments, verifiable certificates, webinars and events for the healthcare professionals you train — delivered on your own domain, with your name and logo, hosted in the EU and built for GxP environments.
Hosted in the EU · 21 CFR Part 11 controls · EN · FR · ES · SV
From authoring a course to proving, years later, who completed it and when — without stitching together an LMS, a webinar tool and a certificate generator.
Your trainers publish video courses and documents in minutes. Learners resume where they stopped, take private notes, and ask a course-aware AI assistant that answers from the course's own material.
Set the passing score, attempt limit and question shuffling per course. Draft questions from the course content with AI, then review and publish.
Issued automatically on a pass, digitally signed and checkable by anyone through a QR code. Optional DocuSign co-signature by learner and trainer; expiry reminders and revocation built in.
Integrated video rooms with registration, waiting lists, calendar invitations and a per-participant attendance timeline.
In-person and hybrid events with agenda, venue, capacity and automatic waiting-list promotion.
Turn a script into a presenter-led training video without a film crew. Keep learners engaged with announcements, articles, a forum and an FAQ — and reach them by in-app notification, email, SMS and push.
Whether you educate the clinicians who use your products or run an accredited programme, the platform adapts to how you train.
Train the physicians, nurses and field teams who use your products, with the records an audit asks for.
Run your catalogue, your live sessions and your certification under your own name, in your members' language.
Keep staff training current across sites and see who is due for renewal before it lapses.
Every surface a learner touches carries your identity. Each client gets a dedicated instance, configured — not custom-built — so updates reach you without a fork.
The app and its sign-in page run on your own domain, with TLS certificates managed for you.
Applied across the interface, the installable app, the login page and the PDF certificates.
Emails, SMS, calendar invitations and digital badges are sent in your academy's name.
Training records that stand up to an inspection. The controls are in the product; the documentation is ready for your quality team.
The technical controls for electronic records and signatures are live in production.
A validation package you can review with your QA team; formal execution and sign-off are being finalised.
Personal data stays in the European Union, with the paperwork to show it.
We walk through the platform with your team and agree on audiences, roles, languages and integrations.
We provision a dedicated EU-hosted instance on your domain with your name, logo and colours.
Your trainers publish content, invite learners, and certificates start issuing on the first pass.
No. Your academy runs under your own name, domain, logo and colours — in the app, on the sign-in page, on certificates, and in the emails and SMS it sends. MedAcademy is the name of the product you buy, not of the academy your learners use.
The technical controls required by 21 CFR Part 11 — audit trail, unique identities, access control, signed records — are in production. A GAMP 5 validation dossier (validation plan, URS/FS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, traceability matrix, risk assessment) is available for review; its formal execution and sign-off are being finalised, and part of the operational qualification already runs as an automated regression suite on every release.
In the European Union. Files are stored in Germany, and each client instance runs in an EU region. A GDPR Data Processing Agreement and the list of sub-processors with their certifications are provided before signature.
Salesforce is supported today: contacts and accounts sync with the platform, and CRM data can drive who is allowed to sign up and which courses they see. Sign-in runs on Keycloak (OpenID Connect), which can federate with your identity provider.
We provision your instance, apply your name, domain, logo and colours, and configure your roles and sign-up rules. Your team then authors content directly in the platform — no development work is needed on your side.
Get started on the platform today — or tell us who you train and we'll show you it configured for your audience, with the compliance dossier your QA team will ask for.
